About the role
This role involves providing line support and working with operations to address product testing issues and ensure timely equipment test setup.
What you'll do
- Provide line support for all product testing issues including testers, hardware/accessories, and correlation failures.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on lab equipment and chambers.
- Ensure all ONRMS runs for reliability tests are loaded and unloaded from chambers according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot and repair lab equipment and systems.
- Assist engineers with lab capabilities improvement activities.
- Provide technical services to internal and external customers.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
