About the role
This role involves leading cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and driving transformative programs.
What you'll do
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, guiding products from concept through high volume production.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage trade-offs, and support timely decisions.
- Identify opportunities and risks, and develop actionable plans to address them.
- Partner with DFx teams on compliance/safety, quality, manufacturing, test, assembly, and cost throughout development.
- Oversee prototype and pilot builds, managing product transfer to Contract Manufacturing partners.
- Deliver clear, concise, and relevant project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need
- BS in Engineering.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience directing complex technical programs.
- Advanced proficiency in risk management, schedule development, critical path analysis evaluation, resource planning, and cost control.
- Broad, hands-on experience across project management disciplines.
- Operates independently on complex, ambiguous problems requiring judgment across variable factors.
- Builds influence beyond immediate expertise, effectively persuading diverse, senior, and cross-functional audiences.
Nice to have
- MS/MBA.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Experience in Process Engineering.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in DFx.
- Semiconductor and/or ATE industry experience.
- Familiarity with the Teradyne product portfolio.
