About the role
This role involves managing New Product Introduction (NPI) networking supply chain for engineering activities, from early design engagement through quick turn NPI builds with the shortest possible cycle time.
What you'll do
- Build and execute the project's production plan per product's lifecycle with NV manufacturers.
- Communicate with team members and suppliers, adapting to changing requirements and tight timelines.
- Track and communicate key deliverables, constraints, risks, and dependencies, identifying critical paths.
- Manage cross-functional communications independently, highlighting progress and risks to management.
- Lead cross-functional NPI meetings related to your product and highlight key Operations issues.
- Recommend methodology improvements for the NPI team.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environment.
- Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze and solution supply chain processes.
- Excellent knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flow and processes with proven program management capability.
