About the role
As a Process Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies.
What you'll do
- Collect data, analyze, and compile reports on basic process engineering experiments.
- Perform hardware characterization on basic systems and troubleshoot engineering issues using Root Cause Analysis.
- Measure film properties and organize data and reports for review.
- Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports.
- Communicate and engage with customers to resolve basic process engineering issues or concerns under direct supervision.
- Work with vendors and suppliers and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
What you'll need
- Doctorate degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in one or more semiconductor processes (CVD, ALD, PVD, etch, epi).
- Experience in material characterization (e.g. FTIR, XPS, XRD etc).
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
- Availability to start full time in Winter 2026 (Nov 2026 - Feb 2027).
