About the role
This role contributes to advancing the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Defect Review Process within the MEMS probe manufacturing environment. The focus is on developing, enhancing, and scaling AI‑driven solutions for defect detection, metrology capabilities, and wafer quality.
What you'll do
- Develop and deploy AI‑based algorithms and automated workflows for defect detection and classification in MEMS probe manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including process engineering, metrology, automation, and operations to align AI‑driven solutions.
- Guide technicians and operations personnel on new processes, tool usage, and AI-based workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for wafer quality, defectivity reduction, and First Pass Yield enhancement.
- Analyze defect trends, inspect tool performance, and evaluate AI model accuracy.
- Write process documentation, including workflow instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and model‑training guidelines.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Data Metrics.
- Experience with Metrology Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
