About the role
This role is responsible for MEMS wafer yield and disposition, monitoring Foundry and Test data for yield issues.
What you'll do
- Drive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.
- Disposition MEMS product material at Test and Foundry.
- Qualify process changes and ramp new and mature products.
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present results with process change recommendations.
- Ensure ongoing process control of MEMS wafer test and foundry process data.
- Provide regular updates on process and yield health using statistical analysis and database tools.
What you'll need
- BS, MS, or PhD degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or similar technical degree.
- Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or Spotfire.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvement, and Wafer Probe.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including Wafer Process and Wafer Defect analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience with MEMS process.
- Experience with Wafer Sort.
- Experience with OSAT processes.
