About the role
This role involves the design, development, and support of mechatronics systems, focusing on electrical, control, and embedded aspects.
What you'll do
- Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panels.
- Work on PLC-based control systems, including programming and integration.
- Support PCB design and embedded programming for mechatronic applications.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for seamless system integration.
- Document electrical designs, testing procedures, and compliance with safety standards.
- Act as a level 2 troubleshooting expert for deployed robotics systems.
What you'll need
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in KiCad, SolidWorks (CAD + Electrical), PLC programming, and Embedded C.
- Experience in electrical design, 3D design using CAD software, and electrical panel design.
- Exposure to robotics, PCB design, and embedded programming.
