About the role

This role is for an MBA Finance & Accounting Rotation Program designed for 2027 graduates. You will rotate through various Finance & Accounting functions to gain experience before specializing.

What you'll do

• Contribute hands-on across Finance & Accounting teams.
• Work in areas such as Business Finance, Corporate FP&A, Operations Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit.
• Leverage and implement AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Redesign processes around automation and AI.
• Create and deliver effective presentations for senior management.

What you'll need

• MBA candidate with a focus in Accounting and/or Finance, graduating in May/June 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Right to work in the U.S. without requiring Sandisk to commence or sponsor an immigration case.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and simplify large data sets into actionable insights.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Power BI proficiency.
• Data Automation.
• Interest and acumen in leveraging and implementing AI tools.
• Ability to redesign processes around automation and AI.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for senior management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving skills.

Nice to have

• 3-4 years of experience in related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• SQL/Python.
