Manufacturing Technician Supervisor - Day Shift
About the role
Texas Instruments is seeking a Manufacturing Technician Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of production equipment and supervise equipment and/or process technicians.
What you'll do
- Oversee technicians repairing and maintaining production and test equipment to meet standards and minimize downtime.
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs, operating procedures, and repair protocols.
- Manage training programs to ensure proper tool operation, preventive maintenance execution, and repair procedures.
- Maintain inventory and spare parts while scheduling manufacturing activities.
- Select, develop, evaluate, and supervise skilled non-exempt technicians to ensure efficient functional operations.
What you'll need
- High School diploma/GED.
- Associates degree in a technical field, OR 2 years of experience working in an Engineering, Technician, or Maintenance Specialist capacity in a fab environment.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
- Flexibility to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
