About the role
This role involves working with operations and engineering teams to support product dispositions, process improvements, and equipment qualification in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Perform product dispositions and process improvements.
- Monitor statistical process controls and update specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve process problems by following documented procedures.
- Set-up and qualify assembly process equipment.
- Review and respond to quality issues.
- Coach, train, and assist factory operators to enhance productivity.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
- Ability to wear cleanroom attire and protective equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
Nice to have
- Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline.
- 1+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
