About the role
This entry-level role assists in daily operations by following established procedures to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment under supervision and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Maintain accurate documentation, record production data, and maintain logs in a centralized repository. - Perform equipment and process checks, escalating issues to senior technicians or supervisors. - Follow cleanroom protocols, PPE, and safety standards consistently. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and observations. - Collaborate with Engineering, trainers, and senior technicians.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. - Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment. - Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) with strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Nice to have
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or cleanroom experience.
