About the role
This role leads a team of application engineers supporting Digital and DC products, including the UltraFLEXplus tester platform.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of application engineers, building capability and growth paths.
- Set team goals, technical priorities, and workload distribution, leading performance management and career development.
- Guide the team's contribution to the product roadmap, ensuring customer and market needs are represented.
- Build relationships with key customers and worldwide account teams, leveraging insights to shape product priorities.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field Applications to align customer requirements with product strategy.
- Own the team's technical capability roadmap across the UltraFLEXplus platform and Digital, Serial, and DC product areas.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a related technical field, including experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including digital logic, digital communications, and signal processing.
- Working knowledge of software programming concepts (preferably C#) sufficient to guide technical direction and evaluate team output.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and market needs into executable priorities and plans.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of power delivery.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device design, manufacturing, and/or test.
