About the role
This role involves the maintenance, repair, and operation of facility systems and production equipment.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist in restoring equipment to service.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues in the maintenance tracking system.
- Support HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and RO water systems.
- Assist with facility improvement projects and equipment installations.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, including RTUs and AHUs.
- Experience with industrial cooling and chilled water systems.
- Familiarity with compressed air systems and distribution equipment.
- Understanding of RO water systems and industrial utility systems.
- Basic knowledge of UPS systems, generators, and electrical distribution equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance test equipment safely.
Nice to have
- Technical school training, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 6+ years of industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing equipment experience.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
