About the role
This senior-level Logistics Analyst will lead the development of Project and Program Management within Asia Logistics Operations, ensuring strategic alignment to drive effective and efficient delivery performance. This role involves leading Asia logistics operational transformation across enterprise systems like ERP, OTM, and GTM.
What you'll do
- Drive AI and automation adoption of Asia Logistics, warehouse and transportation best practices.
- Partner with IT Global teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions.
- Lead Asia Logistics operation performance improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with Global COE, Manufacturing, IT, and Senior Leadership to define end-user requirements.
- Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance within the team.
- Support and actively participate in company initiatives, including CSR, 6S, and BCM.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Experience with Project & Improvement Management.
- Excellent English communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in AI agent, ERP Oracle Cloud, OTM/GTM, WMS, and automation tools.
- Advanced MS Office and Power BI reporting/dashboard skills.
- Influencing skills to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional teamwork.
