About the role
This role leads the Analog, Mixed-Signal team, developing IPs for data center SERDES applications, including DSPs, Drivers, and TIAs.
What you'll do
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for mixed-signal designs across global teams.
- Partner with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Translate product specifications into block-level design requirements.
- Build, mentor, and develop a team of analog, mixed-signal, and RF IC designers.
- Oversee IC tape-out and productization from concept through production release.
- Ensure design quality, manufacturability, and time-to-market objectives.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in analog/mixed-signal or RF design with proven IC tape-out and productization track record.
- Deep knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, and RF IC design principles.
- Hands-on experience with advanced CMOS process nodes.
- Demonstrated success managing and developing engineering teams.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related + 11 years of experience, or MS + 9 years of experience, or Ph.D. + 6 years of experience.
