What you'll do
- Research, design, and develop algorithms for mesh generation. - Develop computational geometry algorithms for complex 2D and 3D models. - Improve mesh quality, robustness, and performance while investigating geometric, topological, and numerical issues. - Optimize performance using parallel computing and multithreading. - Collaborate with the team to develop and integrate mesh generation technologies. - Use AI-assisted coding tools and agents to improve development productivity, and contribute to code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computational geometry. - Strong programming skills in C++. - Programming experience in Python. - Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with mesh generation algorithms. - Experience with geometry processing or mesh optimization. - Knowledge of CAD geometry, topology, or geometry kernels. - Familiarity with parallel computing or multithreading. - Exposure to GPU programming. - Experience with AI-assisted software development and coding agents.
