About the role
This role involves end-to-end ownership of medium-to-complex IT projects, including shaping business cases, driving planning and execution, and delivering measurable outcomes on time and within budget.
What you'll do
- Develop project charters that define objectives, scope, benefits, and success criteria.
- Identify stakeholders and build RACI matrices.
- Establish project governance and facilitate business and technical requirements gathering.
- Manage project scope, quality, schedule, and deliverables.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and provide mentorship to less experienced team members.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, including ownership of medium-to-complex, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under project or sub-function objectives.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce decision-ready updates for sponsors and leadership.
- Strong change management capabilities and experience facilitating stakeholder alignment.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, reporting, or analytics tools applied to project or portfolio management.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs spanning multiple sites or geographies.
