About the role
This role involves developing and executing investor relations strategies and providing market intelligence feedback to management.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive investor relations (IR) strategy to enhance the company's visibility and reputation within the investor community.
- Monitor and analyze capital market trends, investor interests, valuation methodologies, and shifts in investment styles.
- Capture and structure insights from dialogue with investors and analysts, providing timely feedback to senior management and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic and international institutional investors, as well as sell-side and buy-side analysts.
- Plan, organize, and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to convey the company's vision, strategy, and performance.
- Oversee the planning, preparation, review, and dissemination of investor-related materials, including press releases, earnings presentations, and annual reports.
What you'll need
- Practical level of English proficiency, including drafting English emails and handling verbal Q&A with overseas investors.
- Ability to create logically structured presentation materials with clear storytelling using PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform financial analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and INDEX/MATCH functions.
- Ability to extract key insights from Japanese and English analyst reports, competitor disclosures, and earnings materials.
- Ability to summarize and report key insights concisely to senior management, leveraging tools such as AI.
