What you'll do

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items, including organizing and labeling inventory locations.
• Respond to inventory requests and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams for procurement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, tracking stock levels, movements, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive).
• Experience in ERP and ordering platforms.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak).

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba.
