What you'll do
- Plan and conduct NAND product validation and characterization experiments using bench equipment.
- Evaluate post-qualification NAND product changes through test execution and data comparison.
- Analyze customer-return or system-failure cases related to NAND design or intrinsic-device behavior.
- Investigate NAND performance marginalities and develop data-based recommendations.
- Develop or enhance scripts and automation tools for engineering analyses.
