About the role
The Equipment Maintenance Technician is a senior technical role responsible for providing advanced-level technical support, training junior technicians, and developing complex troubleshooting skills within the Etch department.
What you'll do
- Provide advanced-level technical support for equipment maintenance and repairs on shift. - Train junior technicians on advanced-level PMs and complex troubleshooting methodologies. - Develop and implement maintenance plans for multiple toolsets. - Troubleshoot equipment issues using complex troubleshooting techniques. - Participate in equipment projects and provide technical expertise. - Demonstrate entry-level leadership skills in support of the Maintenance group lead role.
What you'll need
- Two-year degree in engineering, electronics, or 5-10 years of equivalent experience. - 5-7 years of equivalent equipment maintenance experience. - Advanced knowledge and experience on one main platform in the Thin Films area. - Ability to train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance procedures.
