About the role
This role serves on the equipment services team supporting photolithography manufacturing operations. Work is performed on a compressed A-shift schedule (front end of the week, day shift) supporting a 200mm semiconductor platform.
What you'll do
- Support preventative maintenance, document all maintenance performed, and execute Standard Work procedures in a Class 1 clean room environment. - Make routine operational decisions based on area priorities affecting production material and equipment. - Troubleshoot equipment issues utilizing analytical methods such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why to achieve First Time Right repairs. - Collaborate with shift leadership and technicians to identify improvements in area and factory performance. - Work an A-shift compressed schedule (front end of the week, day shift).
What you'll need
- 5-7 years of equipment maintenance experience within the semiconductor industry. - Experience with ASML PAS Steppers and Scanners, TwinSCAN exposure tools, ASML 5500 (2x0, 3x0, 5x0, 7x0, 8x0), and TwinSCAN (4x0, 12x0, 14x0) models. - Hands-on maintenance experience with TEL Mark 8, ACT 8, and Lithius tracks on a 200mm platform. - Ability to work in a Class 1 clean room environment following Safety, 5S, and Standard Work standards. - Demonstrated proficiency with analytical troubleshooting techniques, including Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why.

- Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.) or technical trade school certificate.
