About the role

This internship focuses on implementing and embedding a KPI framework across the Reuse & Repair organization to support data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and adoption of a KPI framework for quality and reuse or repair activities
• Align with stakeholders on KPI definitions, objectives, and ways of working
• Support KPI deployment across department, team, and process levels
• Assess data sources and validate data quality, availability, and consistency
• Analyze performance data and trends to support continuous improvement
• Support KPI reporting and review processes

What you'll need

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in process improvement, performance management, or working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator who can build alignment across different teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
