About the role
This program provides professional and technical training and resources for individuals joining the global human resources (HR) team at Texas Instruments.
What you'll do
- Work with leaders across the company to ensure talent and capabilities meet market demands.
- Explore roles as an HR business partner and specialist roles (recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations).
- Align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives.
- Assess HR needs and develop/implement solutions for organizational and operational excellence.
- Analyze market competitiveness, develop communication strategies for managers, and improve recruiting/marketing efforts.
- Identify high potential talent, implement development plans, and create key training modules.
What you'll need
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or Liberal Arts
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA, or higher

- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
