About the role

This role involves supporting the Human Resources team at GlobalFoundries Burlington, specifically within the Fab 9 Manufacturing organization.

What you'll do

• Partner with HR Business Partners and Manufacturing leaders to translate business priorities into workforce plans and talent actions.
• Support key talent and performance routines, including goal setting, development planning, and succession support.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Operations to navigate people matters.
• Analyze workforce data from Workday and related systems to identify trends and build insights, dashboards, and recommendations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
• Fluency in English (Written & Verbal).

Nice to have

• Related internship or co-op experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Project management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
• Familiarity with HR information systems such as Workday.
• Familiarity with data visualization.
• Familiarity with responsible use of AI tools.
