What you'll do
- Collaborate with leaders to support and implement HR strategies.

- Provide support to managers and employees, ensuring execution of HR processes and policies.
- Partner with the global HR team to drive inclusion and foster an empowering, supportive work environment.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify workforce trends, address challenges, and align talent strategies with business goals.
- Manage employee relations issues strictly and confidentially, providing mentorship and solutions.
What you'll need
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role within a high-tech or global organization.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
- Proactive approach with practical experience using AI tools to enhance HR practices and introduce innovative working methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a critical approach to data.
- Proficient in English and Hebrew.
