About the role

What you'll do
- Develop and execute sales business plans to maximize revenue growth and increase market share.
- Manage and coordinate global support through onsemi's sales and engineering network.
- Develop strong cooperative relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
- Lead new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure design win penetrations.
- Work closely with Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence, and pricing negotiations.
- Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and communicate effectively with customers.
What you'll need
- BSEE degree or equivalent technical/industry knowledge and experience.
- 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning designs.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently.
