About the role
This role involves leading the technical aspects of SoC test solution implementation through mass production stabilization, collaborating with key semiconductor customers in Korea.
What you'll do
- Support customer product development and mass production using Teradyne ATE (Tester) and software.
- Resolve technical issues for customers and improve test quality and productivity.
- Support new device bring-up, debug, characterization, and validation tasks.
- Conduct technical training, demonstrations, and presentations for customer engineers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor Test Engineer, Product Engineer, or Application Engineer roles.
- Experience with SoC Test, Validation, Characterization, or Production Test.
- Experience using ATE and developing Test Programs.
- Understanding of Digital or Mixed-Signal semiconductor testing.
