About the role
This role involves providing technical support and solutions to customers, collaborating with sales, and offering product training.
What you'll do
- Recommend suitable solutions and products based on customer design requirements.
- Provide technical support for product implementation, including schematic and PCB reviews, and board- and system-level debugging and testing.
- Build knowledge of company products and deliver technical training to customer engineers or public audiences.
- Identify customer system application requirements and market trends, communicating with internal Marketing and Business Units to suggest new products or system-level solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers' engineering and technical teams and develop account growth strategies.
- Coordinate internal technical resources to respond to complex technical needs and improve customer satisfaction.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or above in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits and circuit theory.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, HDL, MATLAB, or Python.
- Familiarity with commonly used AI models.
- Willingness to travel within North China to support different customers.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Experience in system-level software and hardware debugging.
- Experience using AI tools for research, engineering, or project development.
