About the role
Equipment Maintenance Technicians perform preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and installation across semiconductor fabrication equipment. The role supports photolithography tools including ASML steppers, scanners, and TEL tracks on a 200mm platform on a 12-hour compressed work week.
What you'll do
- Perform preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and installation of semiconductor fabrication equipment. - Support and adhere to safety, 5S, and standard work procedures within the cleanroom environment. - Identify continuous improvement opportunities for area and factory performance. - Collaborate with maintenance technicians and shift leadership to solve equipment issues and meet manufacturing priorities. - Document all maintenance actions performed on production equipment. - Work a 12-hour compressed shift schedule (alternating 3 days on, 4 days on).
What you'll need
- 5-7 years of equipment maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry. - Experience with ASML PAS steppers and scanners, TwinSCAN exposure tools (ASML 5500 2x0, 3x0, 5x0, 7x0, 8x0, and TwinSCAN 4x0, 12x0, and 14x0 models). - Experience with TEL Mark 8, ACT 8, and Lithius tracks on a 200mm platform. - Extensive troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical systems. - Demonstrated application of root cause analysis, 8D problem solving, and 5-why methodologies. - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, climb ladders, and wear full cleanroom attire for a 12-hour shift.

- Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.) or technical trade school certificate.
