About the role
This role involves performing preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing tools in a 200mm manufacturing facility.
What you'll do
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor performance, diagnose root causes, and recommend reliability improvements.
- Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and manuals.
- Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair.
- Recommend and write maintenance procedures and specifications.
- Perform scheduled tool qualifications.
- Coordinate and manage vendors.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work C shift (Thursday, Friday, Saturday e/o Wednesday, 7 AM- 7:06 PM).
- High-level attention to detail.
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivator with ability to work independently under general guidance and direction.
- Ability to independently learn systems and processes associated with the role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in constrained spaces and awkward positions.
- Ability to apply force and full exertion.
Nice to have
- Associate/technical degree or currently working towards a degree.
- 5+ years of prior technician experience.
- CMP area equipment experience: AMAT Mirra/ OnTrak, AMAT Mirra/ Mesa, IPEC 776/7700, and IPEC Momentum/OnTrak.
- MS Excel and Word skills.
