Entry Level Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist (Pit Crew) - (Sherman, TX)
About the role
This role executes scheduled maintenance work and mechanical activities on complex tool sets within a wafer fab clean room.
What you'll do
- Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best-known method for all completed tasks.
- Track and assemble parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time.
- Complete qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of a maintenance state and into production.
- Track critical data from performed maintenance to identify improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance.
- Complete an on-the-job training plan to achieve required certifications and advancement.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including one weekend shift and holidays.
- Capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on complex tool sets.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and mechanical drawings.
Nice to have
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
