About the role
This role involves providing field service for semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites. You will work with atomic layer deposition (ALD), epitaxy, and PECVD equipment.
What you'll do
- Install, set up, and support the introduction of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure stable operation.
- Analyze causes, repair, and restore equipment during troubleshooting.
- Execute upgrades and modifications to improve equipment performance and productivity.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and provide operational support.
- Create work reports and service reports.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in Japanese.
- Reading and writing level English or higher.
- 2+ years of field service experience (including experience with large equipment, large machinery, or development experience).
