About the role
Work with Test Engineers to develop RF test systems for applications including RF and DC probe, probed devices, socketed Multi-Chip-Packages (MCPs), and coaxial connected package parts. This is an onsite role based five days a week at the Richardson, TX office.
What you'll do
- Set up and calibrate [S] parameters and power test stations following internal and customer test specifications.
- Interact with test development engineers and the software team to support test improvements.
- Report test progress directly to managers and customers.
- Test internal and customer-deliverable products following proper ESD, handling, and packaging/shipping procedures.
What you'll need
- Associate’s degree in Electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of RF test experience in a production, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of RF and DC circuits and measurement fundamentals.
- Experience diagnosing and correcting RF test issues.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, including VNA, Signal Generators, Power Sensors, SMUs, and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and device datasheets.
Nice to have
- Experience with RF semiconductor test systems.
- Working knowledge of RF system calibration and measurement accuracy.
- Experience operating in high-volume ATE environments with automated handlers.
- Experience using test software suites in manufacturing and engineering environments.
