About the role
This role involves leading multi-site, multi-discipline, cross-functional teams to define and deliver committed prototypes, demonstrations, and/or products using various product development approaches. This position focuses on product development within the CTD product line.
What you'll do
- Successfully deliver business results associated with the project.
- Develop the plan, monitor the execution, and lead complex projects.
- Negotiate trade-offs and commit to aggressive yet achievable project outcomes.
- Drive and monitor day-to-day project work, ensuring problem identification and resolution.
- Escalate and drive issues through the management chain for rapid resolution.
- Lead project and phase gate approval reviews, providing clear communication to stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
- Experience managing teams in multiple geographic locations.
- Experience influencing and leading without direct authority.
- Project Management background in multi-functional project environments.
- Extensive knowledge in at least one major discipline such as Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Training in Project Management with emphasis on project structure and processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Scheduling tools.
