About the role
This role is for an Engineering Program Manager to manage programs for Silicon devices, Soft-IP and software tools. The role focuses on complex FPGA programs.
What you'll do
- Drive the execution of FPGA Silicon programs through various development phases.
- Engage regularly with global stakeholders (Silicon, SW, SoftIP, HW, Operations, Marketing) to drive execution and issue resolution.
- Align on program roles, responsibilities, metrics, requirements, and deliverables.
- Work with engineering teams to translate product requirements/requests into a working plan.
- Manage schedule, scope, resource, risks, and reporting for successful delivery.
- Provide regular communication to key stakeholders to ensure expectations, updates, and decisions are aligned.
What you'll need
- BS in EE/CE/CS or similar with 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in product lifecycle management for integrated circuit, packaging, validation, qualification, IP, and/or software tools.
- Experience in driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple internal/external dependencies and constraints.
- Experience in driving alignment and accountability in program requirements and collaboration.
- Track record in delivering products timely with high quality.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Knowledge/experience in FPGAs.
