Engineering Process Technician
About the role
This role carries out engineering tasks related to the daily production requirements of Fab 25 Diffusion on B-shift.
What you'll do
- Address particle and thickness failures on product and qualification runs.
- Assist operators with items inhibiting production activities, including test wafers and qualifications.
- Analyze inline process data, including thickness and particle measurements, to create action plans that return equipment to production.
- Receive and deliver daily area status reports to and from shift personnel.
- Assist equipment maintenance in identifying causes of process failure, and support process engineers with tasks and projects.
- Assist in running production as needed.
What you'll need
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent, and be 18 years or older.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment requiring full gowning (coveralls, hood, face mask, nitrile gloves, and safety glasses).
- Ability to routinely sit, walk, use hands to keyboard/handle, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
