About the role
This role involves driving Media Health manufacturing execution for Micron’s High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. You will have direct technical ownership across core manufacturing KPIs of Quality, Cost, Cycle Time, and Scale for HIG-HBM design architectures and process nodes.
What you'll do
- Ensure optimized test coverage on current and future HIG-HBM design architectures and process nodes.
- Provide support for design verification and in-depth circuit debug of new products using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
- Improve manufacturing test yields (specifically related to Device Issues from the DRAM, Interface, and Stacked Die Yield) and reduce test time.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution of manufacturing test flow issues, qualification, and RMA device issues.
- Promote innovation and drive changes to gain a technical advantage, including leveraging AI-powered tools and automation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation.
- Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
- Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
- Clear and effective communication skills in written and spoken English, especially when articulating technical concepts and findings.
