About the role

This role involves layout design and development for HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) applications. This position focuses on intensive applications such as artificial intelligence and high performance computing solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and develop analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks.
• Provide full chip level integration support.
• Perform layout verification including LVS, DRC, and Antenna checks, along with quality checks and documentation.
• Plan, estimate area/time, schedule, delegate, and execute to meet project schedules and achievements in a multiple project environment.
• Communicate effectively with global engineering teams to ensure successful layout projects.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process, across various technology nodes (Planar, FinFET).
• Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS.
• Hands-on experience creating layouts for critical blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, and Differential Amplifier.
• Knowledge of Analog Layout fundamentals including Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, and active/passive parasitic devices.
• Understanding of layout effects on circuit speed, capacitance, power, and area.
• Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.

Nice to have

• Multiple Tape out support experience.
• Experience in managing multiple layout projects, ensuring quality checks at all stages of layout development.
• Problem-solving skills in physical verification of custom layout.
