About the role
This role involves maintaining a safe and compliant work environment within the EUV Factory, directly impacting the health and safety of high-tech manufacturing processes. The position focuses on fostering a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted EHS advisor to operations, engineering, and facility management teams.
- Collaborate with EHS Subject Matter Experts to implement safety initiatives.
- Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations and ASML policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks within a highly complex industrial Factory.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to enhance workplace safety awareness.
- Track safety performance indicators to provide insights for improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in safety management and a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
- At least 15 years of experience in health and safety within high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor production.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU safety regulations, including the Safety Act and Environmental Act.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies (HAZOP, FMEA) and incident investigation techniques (Kelvin Topset, Tripod Beta, RCA).
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch is preferred.
