This role manages the parametric performance for analog and embedded technologies on DMOS5.

About the role

This role manages the parametric performance for analog and embedded technologies. A DMOS5 Parametric Engineer interfaces with development, process, equipment, test, reliability, and product engineering to solve product issues and production problems, as well as developing process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.

What you'll do

  • Utilize technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics to enable process and parametric improvements.
  • Drive process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
  • Own technology parametric performance.
  • Improve Parametric Cpk.
  • Perform parametric test dispositions, including root cause determination for scrap or outliers.
  • Create and review product flow.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics or related.
  • 3+ years of related experience as an Engineer in the semiconductor industry as a Product or Process Engineer.
  • Functional understanding of Fab Unit Processing as it applies to EOL device performance.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of semiconductor solid state physics (devices and materials).
  • Proficiency with Data Analysis.
