About the role
This role involves operating and inspecting production equipment to achieve high throughput, quality, and yield in semiconductor manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Operate production equipment according to specifications and working instructions.
- Understand and follow semiconductor manufacturing assembly and test requirements such as ESD/5S/C.C.S.
- Support the production line coordinator in fulfilling production goals.
- Understand and correctly use raw/auxiliary materials and tools for efficient manufacturing.
- Implement TPM and other activities for continuous line improvement.
- Fill in various worksheets to report work results.
What you'll need
- Middle school certificate or above.
Nice to have
- Technical certificate.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in shift working.
