About the role
This role leads supply planning within the Operations team in San Jose, CA, responsible for developing the supply chain from supplier forecast and capacity planning to product delivery.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement supply planning processes in collaboration with suppliers. - Run the supply chain to achieve an optimal balance of on-time delivery and cost. - Lock in capacity to support growing demand and upside potential. - Manage supply end-to-end from raw materials to finished goods. - Build strong relationships with suppliers to develop supply chain transparency.
What you'll need
- 10 years experience in a fabless semiconductor startup. - Hands on experience with end-to-end Foundry and OSAT supply planning. - Experience in fab capacity planning and wafer starts. - Proven ability to translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans across multiple nodes and suppliers. - Experience efficiently collaborating across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience planning memory supply. - Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast changing environments. - Experience in a large scale fabless semiconductor company. - Consistent record in identifying and proactively mitigating supply risks, capacity constraints, and yield variability. - Experience supporting NPI ramp planning in close coordination with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Program Management.
