About the role
This role leads global Assembly & Test New Product Management (NPM) execution and inventory governance across the network. This leader drives end-to-end NPI execution excellence, inventory health, build commitment reliability, cycle time optimization, and planning transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead global Central NPM organization, driving consistency and establishing governance.
- Drive end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) execution, aligning build plans with customer commitments.
- Own global inventory governance, driving reduction of Inventory X, aged inventory, excess inventory, and unmanaged WIP.
- Own Model CT governance and drive cycle time reduction initiatives across the network.
- Lead planning transformation initiatives, partnering with Supply Chain Planning, Digital Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Serve as primary planning interface for Business Units, PDT, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, and Global Operations Leadership.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Business.
- 15+ years in semiconductor operations, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing planning & New Product Introduction (NPI) management.
- 5+ years leading global teams.
- Experience in Assembly & Test operations.
- Experience with NPI/sample operations.
- Experience leading large-scale planning transformation projects.
- Experience with inventory optimization and working-capital management.
Nice to have
- MBA / EMBA.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain or Operations.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Advanced planning systems (SPO).
- Experience with Data analytics.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience with AI-enabled planning tools.
