About the role
This role leads a global team to protect customer deliveries, enable scale, and drive operational excellence across Lam's remote manufacturing ecosystem. You will transform the organization from reactive shortage management toward predictive, digitally enabled supply orchestration while ensuring launch readiness, shipment readiness, and mitigation of material risks across Major Module and Gas Box manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a global organization supporting Remote Factory Major Module and Gas Box operations.
- Own global Remote Factory launch readiness and ship readiness governance.
- Drive risk identification, scenario planning, business continuity planning, and mitigation strategies for critical commodities and suppliers.
- Establish operational governance with Supplier Business Managers, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, and Product Groups.
- Champion automation, AI, analytics, and digital tools that improve visibility and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide concise and actionable executive updates regarding shipment risk, launch readiness, and factory performance.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, factory support, planning, procurement, or related functions.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams.
- Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations and global supply networks.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and driving organizational change.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor capital equipment industry experience.
- Knowledge of remote manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and gas delivery systems.
- Strong understanding of supply planning, material management, fulfillment, logistics, and supplier management.
- Experience with SAP and advanced analytics platforms.
- Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills.
