About the role
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products. You will be utilizing sub-micron BiCMOS /DMOS technologies for products such as switching regulators and hot-swap eFuse.
What you'll do
- Work on circuit synthesis from transistor/resistor level to system level.
- Perform simulation and supervise layout.
- Assist with Design-For-Test methods for ATE development.
- Assist Application Engineers (AE) for evaluation and customer support.
What you'll need
- Understand analog and mixed signal circuits including amplifiers, comparators, oscillator, references, LDO, POR, charge bumps, HV level shifts, drivers, and current sensors.
- Understand analog layout techniques.
- Understand ESD, latch-up, and reliability.
- Understand general IC qualification requirements.
- PhD in a relevant field or MSEE degree with a minimum of two years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Analog/Power Integrated Circuit Design.
- Solid understanding of circuit fundamental.
