About the role

This role builds and leads the delivery system that transforms NXP enterprise data foundations into trusted, reusable Gold data products. The Director owns a multi-team Foundation delivery organization and orchestrates a federated network of business-domain Gold delivery teams.

What you'll do

  • Lead approximately six Foundation and platform delivery teams, ensuring capacity, priorities, execution quality, talent development, and delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate business-side Gold delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales through common planning, governance, architecture, and release mechanisms.
  • Design and operationalize a hub-and-spoke model, providing reusable platform capabilities and foundational data to business-domain Gold teams.
  • Drive alignment on canonical business concepts, shared identifiers, and semantic definitions for Gold data products.
  • Define and manage the release interface between Foundation capabilities and Gold data products, including versioned data contracts and readiness criteria.
  • Lead the deployment and evolution of NXP's One Data Platform, ensuring scalable capabilities for data products, analytics, and AI.

What you'll need

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience, including leadership of multiple data, platform, software, or product delivery teams in a complex global enterprise.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a scaled delivery organization of approximately 30 or more professionals.
  • Proven ability to coordinate federated teams and align business and technology leaders around shared roadmaps and standards.
  • Strong knowledge of modern enterprise data platforms, data engineering, cloud data architecture, Data Mesh, data products, metadata, lineage, data quality, semantic models, and CI/CD.
  • Experience defining and operating product and release models across foundational data layers and business-consumption layers.

Nice to have

  • Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
