About the role
The Customer Service Manager leads Field Service operations and customer relationships, managing operational activities to meet customer goals and support regional business objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead the customer service engineering team, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, development plans, and training gap assessments.
- Coordinate service operational activities and customer meetings, addressing site escalations and tracking tool or service-related resolutions.
- Forecast and manage quarterly and annual business revenues while promoting product improvements and continuous improvement programs (CIPs).
- Administer customer service agreements, equipment specifications, and Service Level Agreements to increase customer satisfaction and grow market share.
- Track and review equipment base metrics, warranty status, contract terms, and customer performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Business Units, Product Support, Regional Product Support, and Sales teams to achieve regional account targets.
What you'll need
- Minimum 3+ years in the semiconductor field or related industry experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a support organization in a customer-facing role.
- Professional command of both Chinese and English communication in speaking and writing.
- Demonstrated execution and operational coordination skills.
