About the role
This role involves planning and delivering construction projects for semiconductor manufacturing factories. You will manage projects from initiation through closeout, focusing on scope, schedules, budgets, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver construction projects using various delivery and compensation strategies.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls, and change management.
- Ensure project compliance with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures.
- Interact with customer management and provide direction to construction project teams.
- Partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations, and Factory to develop integrated plans.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 9+ years of experience.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Experience with Project/Construction management on major industrial facilities and large scope base build construction projects.
- Experience including contract management, schedule and budget development and management, change control, and construction means and methods.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 6+ years of experience.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
- Semiconductor experience.
