About the role
This role involves supporting day-to-day operations for the Director of Construction and managing aspects of the site portfolio, including supplier management and budget controls for Intel construction projects. The position focuses on breakthroughs in construction capability, productivity, and agility through contractor development and integrated construction solutions.

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field and 9+ years' experience as engineer, construction manager, project manager or equivalent leadership role in large scale organizations and project management processes; OR
- 12+ years of demonstrated strategic leadership, Program management in Semiconductor Factory Construction (Base Build, Progressive Build, or Tool Install) or Semiconductor Operations.
- Skills to manage and lead discussions with executive management, drilling down to details.
- Ease to manage and lead across diverse groups and stakeholders while optimizing solutions.
- Knowledge of large-scale operations, programs, and project management.
- Problem solving skills, using a structured process, constraint management and site operations.
- Champion and value the safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle.
Nice to have
- MBA or PhD
- Expertise in program management
- Knowledge of the Construction life cycle
- Knowledge of Semiconductor facilities systems and operations
- PMP
